Healthy food is everything that I know you probably avoid eating, but if you want to have healthy living, you got to start changing your eating habits and include some healthy food into your diet. Some things I considered healthy food and I always tell people to eat is: fish, it is better if you have it grilled, or maybe you could fry it in natural healthy oil, so that you won’t get filled up with unnecessary calories on your healthy meal.

Fruits are always considered healthy food, and personally I believe that fruits are the perfect substitution for snacks, if you feel like eating some chips while watching a movie, why not change them for some grapes, or maybe a few strawberries, these kinds of fruit contain a high nutritional value, and if you eat these, instead of chips or cookies, you can actually lose weight, so fruits are definitely healthy food, it is up to you how you decided to eat them, also, how much.
Vegetables are something you definitely don’t want to miss, I personally love to have them steamed, these make the perfect complement for some red meat, if you have your grilled meat with some steamed vegetables your palate will most likely thank you.
